We migrated servers earlier this week and there seems to be some teething issues at present. Please bear with us while we clear them up. If you are still unable to fully download these files in a day or two, then do let us know...


Not sure it was just me or there are more people facing the same problem. I'm trying to download the complete facepack, but it always ended in "server error". It happened few times that I downloaded until 3X% and it just displayed "server error" and stopped. I'm using firefox with download manager add-on, but the download can't be resumed, and made me have to start all over again and again, and of course, it never get completed...

After 24 hours of waiting, Nexway just send me a full refund a few minutes ago. I have no idea whats going on, PayPal says no note from Nexway, they just send my money back. Nexway didn't even bother to reply my messages, all 7 of them.

I purchase my 2013 edition from steam last year with no problem, better buy from them instead.

EDIT: it's a 50% discount from Steam NOW!!!

Nope, not in Inbox nor Spam folder. Just no code after a night -- 12 hours of waiting...

I think Malaysia has some licencing issues and you will be unable to purchase. I think since you have you will receive a refund. I will try to contact Nexway but as you can imagine it's not the best time of year for that


I'm from Malaysia too, I purchased FM2013 from here last year, didn't encounter any problem at all?
