is there a way to separate the promotion/relegation of all clubs from this data update file as i want to use this along with the real life fixtures/results download to start in june 2023. but it seems to cause problems with teams in different leagues

Sorry if this has been covered but does this include all changes to the database like transfers and new players/ staff changes or do i need to download the sortitout data update along side this??
