Hey guys really, really sorry for the problem. I've changed the error message to include some more information can you please try again and PM me (since some of the data is sensitive) the information that is displayed. It should look something like this:

Hi - have a paid for Premium Membership but seemingly unable to download any files. My login email and paypal email addresses differ so I'm not sure if that's causing the problem - but the my account section of the website shows I'm a premium member ok.

I'm trying to download the face pack, and name fix files, but every time it gets redirected to the download site, it ends up issuing the Status: 401 Unauthorised message.

Any help would be appreciated.

I've paid for a premium membership, but when I attempt to download any files - name fix, etc - it redirects to a http://getfiles.co.uk/?key=15994824 (for the name fix, or http://us62977184620748879.dynamiccloudserver.info/?key=55617782 for the face pack) which simply displays:

Status: 401 Unauthorized

I've tried 4 different browsers, logged out and logged back in, etc. Still not working. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm getting a 401: status unauthorised when I hit the download button. I'm a premium member all paid up, so not sure what's going on. Any ideas?
