no update for concacaf?

Thanks for all your work, but is there any updates on Concacaf & lower USA leagues?

One of the files is misspelled in the September update for those that are potentially having issues with it as I was. After correcting the spelling, my issue was resolved and was able to begin a new file save. 

Any update on the lower leagues in USA to be added? Thank you!

Will the facepack config file in the “increase realism megapack” clash with the “Cut out player faces megapack”'s config file i already have in my graphics folder?

dbc file only shows 3 nation files and a permanent folder. wanted to verify if this is correct.
