Really struggling to get this to show when i start a new game
Any suggestions?

If you mean actually downloading the megapack the files need to be extracted and then the files inside the new extracted folder need to be dragged into an editor data folder in the football manager 2026 folder and then from there you just need to load up the game and before you start the new game you need to go into a databases box which should be in the top right corner just before you select the leagues you’re going to play in and any of the countries leagues you’ve put into the games editor data should be listed under the popup you get from clicking on databases. Once you tick them you can start a new game and play with those leagues loaded in.
