It was my mistake on 1.5 that caused the issues. I was trying 1.6 out and was in the pre editor and I remembered when I was altering 1.5, I merged it with your original AFTER I made changes which caused the slightly messed up version I was using but it worked so I used it anyways.

1.6 is great. Transfer window is fixed, internationals are fixed. Great work.

The youth recruitment nationality is based on the city which the team is based in,  make sure this is correct. (Based nation and nation should be England). I will move the transfer window so it doesn't open until the season has finished.

The Youth recruitment is messed up though. I always match the city to the Team name. The Toronto Blizzard are based in Toronto and I left the Base Nation and nation as England but the youth recruitment is from India, also in Standings and all the main screens they are the Toronto Blizzard but in messages they are referred to as their prior team name (which I cannot remember right now) I played 7 seasons on 1.4 and none of these issues occurred and have played 6 seasons on 1.5. I will take a look at 1.6 but I am enjoying my 1.5 journey too much to start over.

I appreciate the work you put in.

1.5 has been released which stops the clashes in the fixtures. Let me know if this is not the case. I may have missed a couple of fixtures where this still happens. 

 

1.5 works well. The International games issue is resolved. I had customized 1.4 to my preferences changing team names and their home city. If I changed for eg. the Indonesian team to Toronto my youth recruitment was then primarily Canadians. I changed 20 or so teams this way and whatever city I chose the youth recruitment was from that nation. That does not work in 1.5.

One other little suggestion, if it is possible, is that the transfer deadlines are very wide and reopen right at the start of the end of season tournament which is an odd time to be doing transfers.

In my fifth season using this great database. Everything works well except for one little thing. The Cup competition that runs from September to December ( I changed the name) always conflicts with Internationals in the second round and as this is a league of Elite players I have FOURTY FIVE players out on international duty. Needless to say, I keep losing in the second round.

I love the idea of a stand alone league with no relegation. Someone had one in FM23 based on large companies like Amazon, Google etc. I had a ton of fun with that.

 

While I use the editor with a fair bit of ability, how in the heck do you create a league like this? I would love to create a league with 20 of the best teams with no relegation and minimizing the noise from other leagues like you have done.

I have bought and downloaded FM2015 from Steam. I have subscribed to some tactics and a custom database. Also downloaded a custom database from FM Base. I am an experienced user who has been playing the game since 2000. The custom databases and the tactics are not showing up anywhere. Is there something different this year?
