please help i edit many stadiums but when i start new game everything is edited well exept the stadiums stands please help i did everything right capacity and all

I just downloaded this mod to fix a few stadiums. However, I can't get them to show up in-game. I have followed the instructions, but my new save file, with the new DB that I made, still uses the “old” stadium looks. How do I fix this?
