I'm a bit late buying FM this year, just wondering if i buy a code from Amazon will i be able to redeem it using Steam? (Buying from Amazon as it's a 10er cheaper)

Im half way through my second season and i've just noticed that all the regen players faces in my game have disappeared? Anyone had the same problem or got a fix for this? Cheers.
