How do I arrange U21 & U18 friendlies?

I'm having the same problem.
I click Training, and the schedule for the month appears. I click in column 1 on the left, which is the schedule for that week. Then a new menu appears with all available training routines across the top.
I click Create New Schedule, and I get a blank training schedule for the week.
I click the drop-down menu New Schedule in the top left, select Custom Schedules and then Load.
I choose the imported custom schedule I want and click Load in the bottom-right corner.
I'm taken to a completely blank, unnamed training schedule for the week.
No matter what I do from there, I cannot load the new schedule. If I go into Load, Custom Schedules, all I get is a row of blanks.
Any help greatly appreciated.

I've just downloaded the new database. When I extract the files, I get hundreds of PNG files, but no FMF files.
Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
