1) Get the file from the link above.
2) Remove BlueO.xml from the main folder and put this one from the step 1).

Now skin is selectable and everything works fine.

I'll try and find the setting for those, but they aren't always easy to find.

I just copy settings.xml file from the another skin and now problem was solved.

Also, the text on the right of the player attributes page is grey - see here.

Also results in the competitions like Champions League, Europa League, etc.
