Hello, I'd like to know if it's possible to limit transfers to two leagues within the same country?

 

Let me explain: I've created two divisions of 24 teams each, composed of players from the world of manga (Tsubasa, Blue Lock, Inazuma, etc.). I'd like the transfer market to be limited to these 48 teams (I don't want players from other teams).

 

Is this possible?

I'm using the Steam editor.
