Then, by all means, save all the images as the person's UID and request away

I have no problem doing the UID's but would prefer to share the photos privately with the person that would like to do the pack as they're owned by the club and I wouldn't like to share full res pics on the web. Small res wouldn't be an issue.

You'd have to compare them to the existing cut-outs to see whether it would be worth it for a cutter to bother working on them. Given the size of that source, I'd doubt that they could result in improvements to the current megapack images, but I'm talking from memory here and it may well be that I am wrong

That was a low res preview. I have full res images of course for all the players.

Several of the Galway FC players do not have existing cutouts in the game also.

I have high resolution headshots of Galway FC players (A new club in the First Division of the Airtricity League in Ireland.)

If somebody is interested in making a pack for them I would be more than happy to host the images or email them to you (full res). Just reply in this thread or PM me.
