I will update the link and thread whenever I add a new league and fix this Italy problem that most people are having. Also I plan on exporting it to FM19 when I'm 100% with the database.
If you want to follow updates I guess you can follow a reddit thread that I made for the database on r/footballmanagergames .

Where can I follow updates?

Although there is one problem - the League of Italy is currently unavailable for selection,
it is not important which base is chosen.
