Hi thanks for the reply. I have followed the instructions as per the text, the only thing i can see different is in step 3:-

After the "edt" folder, delete '' fake.edt '' and then open the '' DBC '' folder, then delete: brazil_kits.dbc, forbidden names.dbc, Licensing2.dbc, Licensing3.dbc

I have deleted all these files but could not see Licensing3 dbc, only thaLicensing2_chn.dbc so deleted this.

thanks, i am sure it is something small but i just cannot get it to start in 2019.

Hi i think i am doing something wrong. When i start a new game it always starts in 2018 not 2019.
