Yes. We are all looking forward to the release of Genie Scout 13. That makes it much easier to find the id's for chairmen in a fast way.
Now we also do, but not everyone can use the editor, because of the strenght of their pc/laptop.
It's a hard programm.
U can always make a request if u have the chairmen id

For now i have placed an old FM2012 panel in my favorite and new Steklo X3 skin. That works gr8.
Also the OPZ V5 skin has big ingame picture panels, and that is also a gr8 skin.
U can download both skins here.

Sometimes faces just don't show up in FM and the next day they do....
Donno if it's the same as your West Ham problem.
U could try to replace the old config file with the newest one, and restart your FM.
Also take a look at your FM-options and be sure that the "Skin Cache" is OFF and "Always reload skin" is ON.

We are working on this project for the 3th season, we spent thousands of hours working on this.
We made 69 complete playable FM leagues with 45.000 faces in total, just for those FM managers who want nice and clean faces in their game.
If u want action style, then search better with google and don't complain in this beautifull topic.
