Would you recommend this tactic for my Aston Villa's Squad?

The Issue
My issue is that I started the season off very well being 4th in the Prem after 12 games


Picking up some good results such as 1-1 at old trafford, 3-1 v arsenal at villa park, 1-0 win at anfield but after beating southampton 3-0 at home it just collapsed and I havent won a premier league game since.




I still managed to pick up a 0-0 with man utd at home which i thought might start a good run but didnt unfortunately.

Shape/formation - I started the season with a 5-3-2 which was working well until after the southampton game and after trying the tactics below for a few games went back to this tactic:



when I hit the bad run I tried these other tactics (4-1-3-1-1 & 2-3-2-1-2) when little success:

Expectations -The expectations were to avoid relegation which I was doing comfortably until the slump
