Cracking effort. Had started doing similar for myself earlier in the summer, till real life got in the way!
How did you go about adding loan deals? find it frustrating you cant set future loans.
Have you moved staff too? I found sometimes a manager wouldn't move would just end up unemployed.

If they are .fmf files just place them straight into the editor data folder

It's a weird one and I assume an implication of covid-19 and a issue for S.I to resolve if you had nation rules it seems to default to 3 relegation spots.

You should be able to download them direct to your editor data file folder.
But if not just drag and drop the file from where it has downloaded to your editor data folder
