The patch is installed without any problems. After you add the downloaded file to the Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2024\editor data folder, enter the game and it will appear in the database tab. Have a nice game.

I did all of the things you mentioned. Regretfully the database tab is not accesable (it doesnt give any option to select )
