Trying to install this package. Where should i put editor files?

I'm trying to download these one pack at the time but noticed these part 13, 14 and 15 are wierd. I would like know are those below correct patches but just named wrong or what is going on here? For it looks lika part 13 and part 15 are same.

Any ideas what that "end of era" means, maybe totally new menu design? In the video pregame instructions was given in locker room maybe something similar coming?

Does this pack include Nations League logo?

Is this transfer update FMC15 compatible?

I extracted with 7z it gives me too opportunity to replace 2012 file with 2009 ones. I just choose no to all. Did i do right not to replace old 2009 over 2012 ones?

I hope this will be fixed maybe on next update pack.
