Those are in the PGE on the first tab of the club. They removed this functionality from the ingame editor, so you always have to start a new save for this.

There is also a LNC command for competitions to change colors, not sure about clubs:

(Nations League example)
"COMP_COLOUR_CHANGE" 90 0 255 255 255 26 38 68 ""

I tried changing the colors in the pre-game editor and starting a new save, but the colors don’t change.

Hi everyone, how can I change my club’s colors? For example, this one — I want to change it to blue on top and on the middle stripe. I couldn’t do it with the pre-game editor.

It was the problem with the team names, right?
Because in Croatia we had the same problem.

Yes, the issue was the team names. I renamed them and it worked. I also took the opportunity to activate some Brazilian kits that were disabled in the game editor, which is why there's an .fmf file.
