Thank you Footygamer for your advice on 10 November.

However I am not sure how to proceed. I would like a refund for FM20 which appears to have been mistakenly ordered and I would like to re-order FM21.

How do I proceed ?

Well dang me ! Did I really order FM20 by mistake ? How stupid.....must have hit the wrong button.

And yes I would like to re-order 2021.

I purchased FM21 from Sortitousi in September and received an email which stated " your FM2020 steam code is available" and included a button for "more information". When I clicked on this button it came back with "not found"

So no steam code and no access to the game. It was odd that the email referred to FM20 which of course I already have but I assumed that was a typo.

I do have the receipt for payment to Sortitoutsi if that would assist.

Can you please help ?
