This is a weird question, but when do you actually see the international kits…? The national team General Info screen is of course different from the club teams. I'm sure they're there somewhere, but I can't remember where at all…

Had to cut that wage bill down. Losing some 3star prospects is difficult to stomach, but I have to look at the big picture.

On the incoming side, taking advantage of my new link with Bristol City. But also been screwed over by a season ending injury to Ryan Glover. Delighted to get to the stage where I could actually spend some money, and Elliot Whitehouse has already cemented a place in the team. 

After starting the season with my job under threat, we're now on an 8-game winning streak and have risen to second going into January. When everybody is fit, we line up like this. Having previously tested 442, 4231 and 442 diamond earlier in the season.

Annoying that my two best players, Ralph and Clifford (the latter of which missed the first few months of the season) are both left back. Might start to move Ralph central, but he's deadly storming up the wing.

Hi-Tec is back at Southend. Rejoice. 

Don't know if it is of interest to anybody, but I made a couple of Fantasy Charlotte FC kits, as they don't have any yet.

 

Just looking at what their responsibilities are, Hitchen seems to have been promoted from Chief Scout to Director of Football. He's in charge of recruitment throughout the club.
Birch is more finance focused by the looks of things, but does sit on the transfer board with Levy, Hitchen and Rebecca Capelhorn. It's not an active and recruitable role in FM though. Same as Capelhorn, who runs the governance side of things.

I think Birch and Hitchen have been allocated the wrong roles by @Mustang13297 in the latest updates.

This is a Director of Football role, in relation to how the DoF works on Football Manager

Although his job title is Director of Football Operations, this is more of a Director role. Perhaps an argument could be made for Technical, but really this isn't a hands-on role in the FM sense

This is actually an error with the official update, but I can't find how to submit this particular one via the updates.
Lucas Cavallini of Vancouver Whitecaps has been given a full time contract, rather than a Designated Player. That means that he is automatically released on a free transfer as soon as the game starts, if you start outside MLS registration windows, as it is against squad registration rules.

I'm hoping I'm not one of these annoying people asking for a player already here, but I've had a good search and can't find these three anywhere. I'm sure I'm up to date on the Megapack (downloaded 4 in its entirety last year and have updated each update since), but these three Spurs youngsters aren't there. If they are meant to be, apologies. I don't think they are though.
