@kingrobbo  @Footygamer Hi, so on the 10th Dec 2023 I bought the premium subscription, It says that I don't have it now when I paid for it and have been able to download stuff in the past. I saw your post on it and I do have 2 accounts but I bought it on this one. Whenever I put my email into the link (shop orders thing) it says 1 order found although, when I click shop orders on my account it comes up with the error page.

just over a week ago I bought the Sortitoutsi premium however now it says that I do not have it when I try to download something even though I paid for it and had it to download stuff a few days ago. Idk what has happened any support would be great.
