Try starting a new game with the Indian league selected (download modified indian league from "increase realism Megapack by daveincid'). Choose among the start dates of the Indian league and you'll be sorted.

Very good patch. Trying to be up to date but still missing some transfers of Felix to cfc, Nico Gonzalez to Man city, Mamardashvilli to liverpool and some more (please help us)

 

I also know to start in 2024 though january. The season 2022/23 is so much simulated that that the table in 2024 January is unrealistic in terms of promotions and relegations (if you find this helpful)
