Where is the error? Everything works fine for me. Maybe you're using a different file?

At the choose nations to load at start of game russia is blacked out with a red arrow saying 15 teams found 18 req for FNL, i have redownloaded and same error happens, thanks

hey it keeps coming up saying that 15 teams are in league and it needs 18 teams to load, can you fix this please
