I find this size best for league logos in the game, otherwise they look too small.

So I've been trying to change the Hungarian first league in FM15 to match the current set up.
The league has been reduced from 16 teams to 12.
in editor the number of teams in the league is greyed out. I've heard there is a way to change it though.
Can anyone help me?
here are the changes to the leagues:
Hungarian Division I:
6 Teams Relegated:
Gyor (Relegated to Hungarian Lower Division)
Kecskemet (Relegated to Hungarian Division III - Közép)
Pecs (Relegated to Hungarian Division III - Kelet)
Nyiregyhaza (Relegated to Hungarian Lower Division)
Dunaujvaros (Relegated to Hungarian Division II)
Papa (Relegated to Hungarian Division III - Nyugat)
Hungarian Division II:
2 Teams Promoted:
Vasas (Promoted to Hungarian Division I)
Bekescsaba (Promoted to Hungarian Division I)
2 Teams Relegated:
Cegled (Relegated to Hungarian Lower Division)
Kaposvar (Relegated to Hungarian Lower Division)
Hungarian Division III - Kelet:
Teams Promoted:
Varda SE (Promoted to Hungarian Division II)
Hungarian Division III - Közép
Teams Promoted:
Vac (Promoted to Hungarian Division II)
Hungarian Division III - Nyugat
Teams Promoted:
Budaors (Promoted to Hungarian Division II)
This will leave the new 'Hungarian Division I' with 12 teams reduced from 16 (and thats what I'm struggling with)
Every other league remains the same.
Remember I am playing FM15 - I would really appreciate if you could create a file for me or at least explain to me how to change that amount of teams in the database - so far everything I have tried hasn't worked
Any help is much appreciated.

I tried to alter Hungarian first and second league to match current set-up but it seems like now it wont let me play with the Hungarian league?!
Here's what I did:
Removed 4 teams from the first league to reduce size to 12 teams.
Moved teams into current leagues (changes to league 1 & 2)
All left over teams from structure moved into "Hungarian lower leagues"
Any ideas how to fix this?

I wanted to break down how to fix the Cardiff kit error or any team kit error for people that use Mac's as this doesn't seem to be clear here.
Ok, so hamer gave you all the important steps with one key step missing - so lets go through it.
1) Open Football Manager Resource Archiver 2015 (download from tools section of library in Steam)
2) Use 'Extract Archive' function to extract graphics.fmf from here: User > Library > Application Support > Steam > SteamApps > common > Football Manager 2015 > data
3) Extract the graphics.fmf in the same folder where its located (link above) and then go into your new extracted folder
User > Library > Application Support > Steam > SteamApps > common > Football Manager 2015 > data > graphics > pictures > kits >2d > outfield > front
4) Once you are in the "front" folder DELETE EVERYTHING, all the kits within there.
5) Repeat the steps above for the same graphics.fmf files that are in the updates folders: User > Library > Application Support > Steam > SteamApps > common > Football Manager 2015 > data > updates
6) THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP - DELETE THE OLD graphics.fmf files!!!!!!
7) Start a new game and reload the skin - Thank Me Later!!
