New update on the Napoli situation, I tried to start a new save and see how Napoli name fix isn't workin at all… Inter is fine, so is Milan, Atalanta, Lazio, etc. it's just Napoli with this issue.

 

This is only a problem on the team selection screen. The teams are named correctly in the game itself. That's how it works for me.
