I had the same problem as you guys, did what the guy said to do and it worked. You must have not done it right. So go to program files x86, steam, steamapps, common, football manager 26, Bepinex, plugins, stadiuminjection. you have team_mappings.txt, open it with notepad, find roma in search, change name from roma to asroma, save and close. thats it

I was checking the Italian stadiums and so far I've noticed that the Stadio Olimpico in Lazio and Roma are different.
The Lazio one is correct, while the Roma one is incorrect; in fact, it doesn't have an athletics track. It's as if it's loading a different stadium.
Can you check?

PS. I fixed it by entering the correct name asroma instead of roma in the team_mappings.txt file in the Stadiuminjection folder.
