Well, Newcastle have a habit of self-destruction. They've probably taken that in to account. (I'm joking, it does sounds like a bug). 

Apologies if this is obvious, I can't seem to get what I'm doing incorrectly. The release clause/fee on players of other clubs says it needs scouting to find out. I've scouted and scouted but it never shows up. Do I have to do something else too?
