latest premium payment was today- my premium status is showing as ACTIVE on my profile in the website - but when I go to download files it isn't reflecting the active premium status

@Footygamer my latest premium payment was in November 2023 - my premium status is showing as ACTIVE on my profile in the website - but when I go to download files it isn't reflecting the active premium status

 

I have this problem how did you solve it?
