Here are screenshots of New York City automatically qualifying for the Libertadores every year regardless of results. I do have Daveincid Realism Mod, No Liga MX vs MLS games mod (removes Leagues Cup), and the expanded Concacaf by MasterIgor. I am not sure if the mods are the issue, but I will be testing with those mods off and see if that changes anything.
EDIT: The issue with only one team qualifying seems to only happen when I have the No LIGA MX VS MLS games mod turned on.

Is there is there any way you can expand the mod to include Concacaf in Sudamericana as well? I would pay for this mod.

Exactly what I was trying to do by making them more competitive. Turns out they arent eligible, I thought it was the best concacaf teams of the year qualified.
