I have paid for a premium membership, but it still asks me to subscribe for one when trying to download the megapack.

 

Wait a few minutes and reload; it should work then, it did for me too.

I had all the faces and logos in the correct folder, but now I have neither faces nor logos in the game... I deleted them and copied them back in, but nothing works anymore... Does anyone have any advice? Has something changed? Before, everything was always visible and worked

Did you download the beta update and then add all of your graphics back? As I downloaded the beta version and had the 'FM is damaged and can't be opened, you should move to the bin' error. 

 

No, I just installed the update, then out of curiosity I started it, and everything was back to normal. The folders had already been copied

I have the same issue…. looks like no config file in my faces folder? 

 

I don’t know if you’ve tried it yet, but I downloaded and installed the beta update version via Steam, and after that everything was back

All my faces, jerseys, and logos are gone. I've re-downloaded everything and tried again, but nothing works. It showed the faces once, but after restarting the game, they were gone again... Any ideas?

you need to create a graphics folder in graphics folder kits and in kits put the file from archive la liga 3d 

 

I just can’t get it to work. All the other kits that work are in my Graphics/3D Kits folder, and they’re fine — except for La Liga. I also tried it the way you said, but that doesn’t work either. Could you please tell me the exact folder path step by step? That would be really nice of you.
