Did anyone watch the Road To Glory series on Sky Atlantic? Been excellent so far, just saw the episode covering the Tour.

Yeah, I watched the 4th episode a few days ago but missed the other episodes. The road race for the World Championships looked like torture ! 267km

I'd be wrecked after cycling 40km !

Brilliant finish by Gilbert though. Team Sky have also made a few recruitment's ... Are those new guys any talented ?

Not doing much training lately, so I'm going to try come up with my own schedule. I try to cycle whenever I can, but with our shitty weather combined with a ton of schoolwork I don't have much time. Whenever I do manage to get out for a cycle, I normally do my usual 40km route. Normally takes around 1h 35m, so I really want to improve on that ... Anyone know any good cycling training sites? I've been looking around the net but would like to hear your personal opinion too. Just something I could do at home to improve my upper leg strength and some core work. Was also complementing the idea of buying one of those indoor cycling bikes for the Winter.

Ross Kemp Extreme World. His new series came out about 3 weeks ago, most recent episode was about Glasgow and it's problem with homelessness. Quite shocking to see in 2012 to be honest. One guy drinks a disgusting amount of vodka a day, 2.5 to 3 liters. Another guy ripped some of his toes off. Oh, and Home & Away. Love it.
