He already is. Did you check his in-game player profile? I just removed his Metz loan and now he has a contract with Osmanlispor until 30th June 2019 as it should be.
It is the contract of him in the original database, there is no need to change anything.

This is just a fan account.
I know he will be transferred to Fenerbahce but we don't know the details yet. For example, this can be just a loan but this change made him Fenerbahce's player for 5 years which is unrealistic.

Another data file that you use may cause this error.
We don't have any data change related to Negredo and Besiktas.
Also you don't have to terminate his loan at M'boro. 'Remove Loans' file of our data update exactly does the work.
