Just started to use FM13 and cant find how to hijack transfers...in fm12 you can suscribe when the offer is made,in fm i only recieve when the transfer is already done

I put them like i did with previous updates in editor data folder,but this one is not working,just noticed previous updates are in XML document,but this one is dbc,what im doing wrong?
