Yeah, I've seen that it the pre-game editor has the capacity to make this change; however, I'm not sure how to put it into practice.

Nobody can advise how to do so?

Was hoping someone could offer me some advise as to how I could make this change in the editor.

I'd very much like to change the amount of subs allowed in the Italian Serie A. Ideally, I'd like to change this from the current 3 from 12 rule, to the more familiar 3 from 7.

Would appreciate any feedback.

The core of your squad is assembled, it's now about fine tuning and finding those extra bodies to help sustain the squad.
