Same problem I had, just go up a bit, and read last couple of correspondence between me and Mons, and you will find the answer. The problem is in config file.

You don't need to wait. Go to the config.xml in the icons folder and open it with notepad. Click the edit button then choose replace. Replace /portrait with /icon. Job done

Can you open both config files using notepad? The one in the main pack should have loads of lines of code all of which end in /portrait, while the config file in the icons pack should have the lines of code ending in /icon. Looks like they're swapped around...

Dear Mons, yeah that is what is causing the problem, only that both Megapack and icon pack have the same config file whit all the lines ending in portrait.

ok I guess that with the new update for the icons pack the config file will be corrected also.

How large is the file that you are downloading? And did you download the full file or just the update pack? Either way, it looks like you have downloaded the icons pack instead of the main pack, or that the config files have been somehow swapped.

Hello Mons,

I have downloaded the full pack(I like to download from scratch for every new FM version), and the file is all ok, it is the exact 163029 images like it is written in OP. But yes I also downloaded small icons pack as well, and put all of them as usual, graphics folder in FM16 folder in Documents. If you can help regarding the config file issue you r mentioning, I would be much grateful.

Hello all,

Please if I missed it somewhere and it already been mentioned, I downloaded the new 8.0 pack, installed it correctly, but all the players pictures are very blurry, is there something I am doing wrong?

Figured it out, apparantly also the small pic has to be renamed in srb...thanx....

Hello everyone.... getting prepared for FM14 slowly... but I am having problems downloading from rapidshare...both for logo pack and icon faace pack, rapidshare is totaly acting dead, whatever I click it is just dead. Is there something I am doing wrong? Or somobody else still having same issues.??

I made background pictures for all the clubs from Jelen super liga and Prva liga Srbije....
On the squad screen it is displayed the pic of the stands, and on the club screen there is a pic of the entire stadium, or the main gate....

I guess you all know where to put it when (if) you download it...

First time doing something like this, so be gentle with your comments...

This is the path that works for me... i am on Windows 7.... when you download the files example logos...and open them either with winrar or 7 zip open them until you get to the folder pictures, and then make sure that you extract that folder called pictures in to the folder bellow...if you dont have the graphics folder create one...and also important to extract logos part by part..so first part one,part two...to part six..and then you do the same with the last update that was released....

Open the FM13 editor, load the database, load the kits colour changes editor data file, look for Inter, go to the kits section, choose third kit, clear contents.

Doesn't seem to me like there's much difference

I've already known about the Inter third kit for a couple of days now and it'll be fixed for the next release. If anybody wants to fix it themselves, it's just a case of going to Inter's third kit and clearing the lot.

The Jamaican second kit is a config issue - just open the config file and remove 2011 from the entry.

thanx Mons...i did it for Jamaica... but I dont understand how to do it for Inter... how to clear the third kit lot??

The packed zip file I uploaded says 123,516, but my own folder has 123,897 after Update 1 which is less than yours mainly due to me contantly getting rid of wrong or duplicate ones as I come across them - I dont know of one single definitive number as its not really a constant, but just shy of 124,000 means you've probably got everything.

Yeah that sounds like an error on the download so best to do it again - sorry

Ok there seems to be some installation issues from what I've read, so I'll try to make it clearer for those who have never done this before.

Once you have extracted the files properly you should have this one folder inside

Now it may be inside the sortitout folder also, but eitherway if you extract all the files to your safe place the same way it shoukld compile as one folder, so if you dont have that then you have done it wrong to start with.

If you know how to zip and unzip files it really is only a matter of common sense as to how this all works, and tbh I'm a bit diappointed to be having to explain this for what seems like forever. i mean if you look inside all those 6 folders you have you will only find one config in the clubs folders for instance, so it's pretty easy to work out why stuff doesnt show and the fact that some licesnsed stuff shows should also be a clue thats something is wrong.

Now inside the Metallic folder, and if you have done it properly, it should look something like this

and finally this with the number near enough what i have

And of course the Comp and Nation folder should follow the same structure.

hope this helps a bit.

as far as for me..this is clear... I also noticed that some people were putting unziped folders in the graphics folder... i was just asking what is the number of files we should have after the last update is applied?? because I have 123965...is that the number of files we should have? because is in the opening post it says it should be much more?

Use the latest version only.

ok i did it like you said... ticked only the latest version ...but it still shows the tird kits from some clubs.. example.. Inter ( the tird default kit is visibal..the chuby one...) ..also example.. Jamaican second kit is also default one....

Hello Mons, just one question ..this extra file you created, that fixes tird kit and that... when we put it in editor data, should we untick the one that is already there? it is called the same..kit changes...or something like that, or should we keep both of them ticked...but anyway for example, i can still see Inters tird kit which is default one...thanx....

I've downloaded all 7 megapack parts from rapidshare links from here: http://sortitoutsi.net/graphics/download_megapack/complete/3

I think there was six parts of megapack. So I checked all six parts, right click - extract files - extracted them to documents\sports interactive folder, then extracted update to the same folder and then checked how many files is in my pictures folder - 123965... should be 127193... so what I'm doing wrong and how many files do you guys have after first update, should I extract megapack parts separately, part_one, part_two etc...

I did it separetly one by one.. including the update,and I also get 123965 .... so is that the right number of pics we should have??

My 5.01 facepack folder has exactly 118,255 files. Can anyone confirm if they have the same amount?

Also, for some reason I still can't see any of the French National team player faces even though I have the file that edits the stuff.

yes after the 5.01 update i have the sam number of files.... and just to ask is there a pic of Johan Cruyff after this update is applied...?
