If he has his picture in your folder then it may be a problem with your config file.

Open the config file in your Megapack folder (use Notepad to do this) and select Edit and choose the "Find" option, type in his UID and search the config.

If it doesn't find it, just copy and paste this line of code into your config file;

<record from="85120748" to="graphics/pictures/person/85120748/portrait"/>

Then clear the cache and reload the skin.

If it is still not showing, just double check that the cut-out image of the player is saved as a PNG image.

Did you try to clear the cache and reload the skin? Sometimes when you've updated the pack, pictures tend to disappear. This is if you're getting a white background only - not if it suddenly displays the default silhouette. Also, which I'm sure you've done... check that the image actually exists in your graphics folder...

i tried to clear the cache and reload the skin but after that the the picture of maupay wasnt still visible. I also checked if the picture was present in the folder and it was. i will send a screenshot of his player profile, maybe that will help you.

Hello,

In my game the face of Neal Maupay is not visible, the rest is working fine.
I checked of maybe the problem was that it was programmed with an wrong ID but that was just fine.
maybe one of you could help me out?
