I had a similar issue. I needed to create a new config file. Something in the config file broke, I have no idea what. I generated a new config, using the newgan application.

Yes i have, they were all matched in the config file. They worked perfectly before, and hen suddenly they vanished.

So I have just encountered a problem with my face pack for regen players.

In my graphic folder I also have a kit as well as the megafacepack 7.5. Until newly all this was working without any problem and then suddenly the "regen folder" images went missing from my game.


I’m currently running the FM version 15.3.2. If I’m not mistaken the function to add images to the regen was removed in FM14, is this the case in the update FM 15.3.2 update?




Can anyone tell me what has gone wrong?

Yeah prehaps i should have. But i got it to work now.

I also had the same facepack on my stationary pc, so it not the newest update.
I just uinstalled the game deleted the files in the steam folder, i also deleted all the graphicpacks and applied the ones from my stationary pc to my laptap.
The photos are again visable.

I cant see where the conflict is, other than the newest update.

Nothing is changed in the graphics folder.
The regen folder is the same as it always been.

Yes I have graphics for kits, logos and one for faces all separated in separated folders.

In the graphics folder I have sup folders for the megafacepack and one for the regen photos.

All of the photos for kits, logos and real player faces are there. It's only regen photos that are not showing.

I registered that the steam workshop is registering in game changes to database, tactics and shortlist.

Could there be some conflicting issue here ?
or has SI again disabled this function with the latest winter update ?

Anyone else having this issue?

i'm a little unsure where to put this.

I have a problem i hope can be resolved.

On my FM save I have turned unticked the option of showing pictures of regenerated players and staff due me not liking the in game graphics. Instead I have made my own facepack to add to regenerated players and staff, this has been working fine since the game came out.
A couple of days ago all the photos just vanished. I have not done any changes to the graphic map.

I remember in FM13 the option of having “replacement pack” of regenerated players and staff were removed by SI. 

Is this the case again?
