What attributes would you reccomend for a Head of Youth Development? Jack1306 you mentioned scouting?

I meant their knowledge of countries, the 'scouting knowledge' panel when you are looking at their profile.

I saw an immediate change when I sacked a mediocre head of youth development and got what was a real coup for my club, the nationalities of the youngsters brought in each year were more diverse and I would get three or four very good prospects each year.
My thinking is that, as well as the attributes of the head of youth development, the scouting knowledge they have seems to effect the spread of the youngsters' nationalities, and therefore, their effectiveness.

It's a bit plain cos i didn't know what you wanted as a main image in the centre, or if you wanted some kinda latin involved somewhere, if you don't like the fleur de lis tell me what you want instead or post a link and i'll get on it cos i'm aware that this looks crappy...

Strange request, it's for my fantasy team, AFC Dotty Warboys

I'm not too bothered on badge design but I do like the old Lokomotiv Astana logo style but it has to incorporate this picture of Mrs Warboys head:

Colours are green, black and with a hint of gold and formed in 2012.

You'll need to know the teams' UID, go into preferences then tick the box that mentions something like 'show unique id number', then create an xml, i'm not the person to ask when it comes to this so i suggest posting you question in 'general fm discussion'...somebody will help you there.

Haha nice one, photoshop's too fiddly for me I tried just getting a shield off google and putting quadrants in my self but i have no idea how to that so i thought i'd best leave it to people who know what they're doing. Cheers for the logo mate defo gonna use it.

Yeah pal sure that would be great, and that second style looks quality mate mind if i ask how you did it?

The original Logo is 'Luton', after I clean it up and remove the identifiable bits its just a matter of chopping and changing images and layers really, then spending 30 minutes deciding which font to use
