Good to hear. Have you checked what's wrong with the subscription notifications yet? It doesn't send any mail if you are subscribed for a thread or content. That's my most used feature on the site and I loved how it worked on the old site after the changed you made after my suggestion back in time. I do get mails if someone send me a private message though.

Hi Wanna, my first skin problem :

What do you want to fix there? The panels would need to be resized and I'm sure that wanna will do it eventually. If not then I will definitely do it myself, but I can't be bothered too much until the Resource Archiever together with the official FM release. It's too time consuming to go through all the code inside 150MB text file and the old archiever doesn't work with FM16.

I kinda like having the profile pic there for when I'm looking at the other player screens.

I didn't even think about the other screens. Makes a lot more sense now

I also quickly tested the FM15 skin without changing anything and it seems that majority of the panels and settings actually still works. Got to look into the config files at some point as a lot of the work from FM15 can be reused.

Good to see you working on a new skin already. Much appreciated!

As a feedback I would question the need of the player face in the titlebar. It's already in the profile page and at least to me it looks a bit dumb to have it twice there.

You don't need a PayPal account to use it though, do you? You can pay through PayPal without having an account which should essentially do the exact same thing as a plain credit card payment.

Rob, could you add the user name and avatar back to the left side bar. I occasionally have to check some of my older posts and right now there's no easy way to go to my public profile to see my previous posts. In the old skin there used to be my user name with the avatar, which offered the much needed quick link to my own profile. Now I have to find one of my posts so I can click my username to get into my public profile. Or make it possible some other way if you removed those on purpose and don't want to add them back. I can't be the only person on the site to miss that feature. Thanks!

And while I won't have time to create a skin of my own I can and will help with the skin if you are gonna do it and you want the help. Finding and fixing bugs where I can and modifying little bits for my personal liking like last year. You can then use them as you wish if you want.

When out new patch / update you need to start a new save because the file that fixes the names of the teams?

I'm not completely sure what you are asking, but you don't need to start a new game to get the fake names fixed. The renamed competitions and teams require a new save though as those files are loaded when the game is created. You will have to re-apply the fix when a new major patch is released, but. it won't require a new save game.

You can use the whole 2015 pack for 2016 - I have been working on some minor changes for the 2016 edition for months now and it's nearly done, but the current ones are essentially the same.

2015 version works all the same just like any other previous version and it's the same thing with all pcitures. There's a 2016.01 available, but I believe it's the exact same package as the latest 2015 version.

To be completely honest I liked the old layout a lot more, but I guess it will just take some time to get used to the new look. It would be great if you could make the news bar on the right optional as at least I don't find any real use for it.

That's simply not worth cutting. It would require a lot of work to remove that watermark properly, because there's many different tones of his skin due to the lightning and the current cut is actually quite decent.

Which image(s) are you talking about? Depending on the size of the watermark it can be quite easy to remove them. Give me some examples and I'll see what I can do about them. If the watermark is covering all or most of the face it's most likely not worth the work, though.

Don't expect me to be very active right now, though. Once the new FM comes out in two weeks I'll be playing the game non-stop and I'll most likely do a lot more cutouts then too. Just like last year. I just tend to work more on cutouts when I'm actually playing the game a lot and I find a lot of bad or missing cuts in game.
