The TV logo is working well. Unfortunately (and this happens with all skins) it doesn't stay changed. If you want other as default you have to change that one you want and make it the default...

In order to have the older background you just have to go to graphics/backgrounds and search the default_.png. Change the name to default.png.
The flags with the country locator are not part of the skin. However I included a folder with the name "flags" in the pack of the skin. You just have to put that folder in the graphics folder of the game (not the skin). It is important that the game read that flag before the logos folder. So, you have to verify it (as the game read the folders in alphabetical order if you named the folder "flags" and (for logos) "logos", everything will work okay.
