I haven't touched transfer budgets because if you want to play “realistic”, you would disable the first transfer window anyway (which I always recommend).

Considering how much Chelsea have been spending in this window and how they're still linked to very expensive players by reliable sources, I find Chelsea's transfer budget of €46m unrealistic.
