Any idea why every other competition name is fixed bar the DFB Pokal which has remained 'The German Cup'

So I downloaded update pack 7.0 as I just had 14' faces and have started playing again recently, and i put them in the same grahics folder as my others were in - My Documents- Sports Interactive- Graphics- MEGAPACK 6.0.

However when i reloaded the skin i lost all my faces, any help please
