Noted - and thanks for checking. It's not that I'm unwilling to help further - however, I just don't have access to review/inspect the transaction data to be able to be helpful. Therefore, with that - and your privacy - in mind you shouldn't send me, as an individual, anything further.

 

Unfortunately, all I can do is assess based on my level of visibility - which just offers me a view of your account as I've described it. There must be something that has happened that has separated that historical activity from your account.

 

I can see, attached to your account, a history of Files Downloaded and I can see evidence of your downloads of the Data Update (the free version, specifically). Rather than speculate, it is going to be a case for the Site Admin, @Footygamer, to address. For your awareness, he is on holiday/just returned from holiday, so if you can just bear with us we'll ensure he picks this up as soon as he is available to do so. I am sure he'll have a way to straighten things out with you.

Please rest assured, the site and the paid offerings are genuine. The staff team here consist of a small group of volunteers and we do our best to keep track of all comments.

 

In terms of the matter at hand, the account you're posting from (trikpa19) does not show any history of purchases. Is it possible you purchased through another account? That is the first thing to verify. From your end, if you visit https://sortitoutsi.net/shop you should be able to see a list of recognised, historical purchases. It would be good to know if you see any entries on that page.

 

If you do not, then either the order didn't go through, or it is somehow linked to another account. In either of those cases, it would require the attention of the Site Admin, who has access to more detailed information when it comes to payment matters. I am tagging him in this thread to draw his attention to it. @Footygamer.

 

Thank you for response, this is the only account I have so it is not possible I purchased with another account. On this link I cant see any historical purchases, but they did happen I assure you. When I first bought it 4 months ago I downloaded enhanced data update and used it normally. Also, I downloaded free data update multiple times before, download history on this link says I never downloaded anything. I can send you details of transaction if you need them.

I bought enhanced data update few months ago, it says I need to pay again to download. How to fix that?
