same for me 

getting an error after ingame after selecting to import the tatic: “Import tactic: File cannot be imported" (translated from german)

I can import Gegenpress 4231 though.

 

Make sure the name of the fil is the same as the name “in game”, fixed it for me with most tactics.

Change the _ in the file name to % and it should work
