They also need to go into the transfer market, sign some new players (central defenders are a MUST) and start showing some ambition. Those two things won't happen though and I'm almost one hundred percent sure that Carver will end up getting the post full time due to him being the "cheap" option.
We're fucked basically.

I have arrived in the lovely and great city of Belfast and taken over the reins at Albert Foundry who are competing in Championship Two for the first time in their history if I remember correctly, I'm hoping to be at Paisley Park for at least a few seasons as I'd love to 'conquer' Northern Ireland with them, well, with Bangor but it seems they'll never make a return. They are predicted to finish eighth so I don't have much pressure.
It has been a busy summer at Paisley Park as twelve players have arrived through the
door(more than likely) shutter while ten players have departed the club and that's the 'curse' about non-contracted players.Steven Herron and Stephen Carr have both joined the club from Sirocco Works while Andrew McCabe, who will be first choice striker, arrived from Kilmore Rec. Chris Murray (from Rathcoole), Aaron Bailie (Institute), John Bell (Armagh), Chris Kane (Distillery), Nathan Lafferty (Dollingstown), David Smyth (P.S.N.I), Gavin Lyons (Annagh), Keith Crawford (Killyleagh) and Alan McCullough (Moyola) have also joined the club.
Ten departed and I don't think they'll be that missed, the majority left before I arrived.
Only four pre season friendly fixtures were arranged before my arrival at Foundry and truth be told, I couldn't be bothered to organise anymore as I needed to put a staff team together and truth be told, that was actually pretty easy. We had a fifty percent winning record from the games as we beat Lurgan Town seven nil and Larne three two while we lost away to Rosario and no surprise away to Linfield.

Following a season to remember at Manchester City Football Club, it was time to move onto pastures new after turning down to manage French National side Amiens due to them being predicted to win the National title, the squad was pretty poor bar a few players players so I've decided to return home for what I hope is a challenge and a chance to chalk off Northern Ireland - two trophies only remain (would have been three but the Mid Ulster Cup is no longer playable for some reason) - Championship 2 and the Steel & Sons Cup.
When I was taking a look in the Job Centre for a new managerial vacancy not many took my fancy but I wanted a challenge and an immediate return to football management as soon as possible, I saw a vacancy at newly promoted Championship 2 side Albert Foundry but the pressure is on me from the get go.
The club need some quality added to the ranks and that shouldn't be a problem, or so I hope but the board are expecting a mid-table finish (eighth place finish) and I don't know whether that's achievable or not but it all depends on how we end up starting the league campaign, which starts with a trip to the "Floodgates" against Ards.

And here we go! It is the final month of the league season and will this be my final month at Manchester City Football Club? Only time will tell I suppose as we approach May with seven games - four in the Premier League, two in the Champions League and a FA Cup final against fellow Premier League side Watford.
Our Champions League semi final first leg trip to Arsenal began the month and the pressure is now on us to advance after a well deserved three goals to nil defeat at the Emirates Stadium.
Three days later and the side welcomed Nottingham Forest and we sealed a 1-0 win in a game that saw us seal the league title but we had to leave it late as centre back Ray Hussey scored the only goal of the game in the final minute of normal time.
We then produced a dramatic comeback against Arsenal but unfortunately it wasn't enough as Arsenal advanced on away goals even though we won the second leg five two. Striking duo Raffaele Ciriaco and Chris Lyne both scored twice while left winger Cristiano Castellani added the fifth goal in stoppage time but it wasn't enough.
We returned to league action and secured a 2-0 win away to Queens Park Rangers thanks to two first half goals in the space of nine minutes. Raffaele Ciriaco broke the deadlock after twenty six minutes before Dragisa Kalcic added the second goal ten minutes before half time.
Unfortunately the side surrendered a three one lead away to Chelsea, losing four three. Goals from Chris Lyne, Lee Harris and Cristiano Castellani seemingly had us in control but then we had a man sent off and Chelsea scored three goals without reply at Lampard Park to win the game.
The league season concluded with a thumping 8-2 success over Sheffield United as we had scored FOUR goals without reply inside the opening ten minutes. Raffaele Ciriaco scored twice, Cristiano Castellani bagged four times including a first half hat trick, Dragisa Kalcic and Chris Lyne also scored in the thumping win.
Our final game of the competitive season was the FA Cup final against Watford who we beat four one to end my stint at the Etihad Stadium - Chris Lyne scored twice, Cristiano Castellani and Dragisa Kalcic also scored as we dominated the show piece.
This is how the season has finished and what a season it has been as we won every domestic trophy available although we did have 'easy' teams in the finals, Southampton (League Cup) and Watford (FA Cup), the only trophy we failed to retain or win was the Champions League but we sure gave Arsenal a scare in the second period.
And thus my spell at Manchester City has come to an end after just one season in Manchester but we dominated the season even though I almost got the chop at the end of January due to "broken promises" but I avoided the sack, fought on and managed to campaign and now I no longer need to return to England.

We have reached the penultimate month of the current campaign and I'm hoping my time at Manchester City is coming to an end and we've already won two domestic trophy and four overall to date and we're still going strong in the three other competitions - Premier League, Champions League and FA Cup. April is a busy month as we've eight games to be played over three competitions.
It was a horrible start to the month as we suffered a three one defeat away to Tottenham Hotspur - our goal coming from right winger Pedro Rubio after five minutes.
The side bounced back with a well deserved 1-0 win over Everton at home but it should have been so much more, we battled away but needed to wait until the seventy second minute to break through when Richard Wansi scored.
Wow, in our next game we destroyed Spanish side Valencia seven goals to two in the Champions League quarter final first leg as both strikers Chris Lyne and Raffaele Ciriaco both hit doubles while Cristiano Castellani, Ronald Kuhne and Ray Hussey also scored against the Spaniards.
We eased into the final of the FA Cup after a 3-0 success over Norwich City as centre back Spencer Kelly broke the deadlock on twenty nine minutes, Chris Lyne doubled the advantage ten minutes later and then Lyne's second of the game and our third late in the afternoon sealed our place in the final.
The return leg in Valencia saw us lose one nil but our massive home success pretty much sealed our place in the semi final.
Four days later we welcomed my former employers Newcastle United to the Etihad Stadium and it was a seven goal thriller as we won 4-3 but it was frustrating because we had a four one lead. Chris Lyne scored twice while Phil Loftus bagged another goal in between Lyne's double, Raffaele Ciriaco added another goal four minutes into the second half.
A trip to Southampton was next just four days after the Newcastle game and once again we won four three as our four goals arrived in the second period on the south coast. Raffaele Ciriaco struck on forty eight minutes, Pedro Rubio scored twice and then Phil Loftus' goal on eighty six minutes turned out to be the winner.
The month concluded with an unaccepted five four defeat away to Middlesbrough as collapsed in the last ten minutes to lose the game. Goals from Cristiano Castellani and a hat trick from Chris Lyne had us in cruise control but Middlesbrough fought back and scored four goals iirc without reply to win the game.
Those two league defeats has seen the gap get cut down to seven points but we still have a game in hand and I'm still confident we can wrap up the league title as it's surely only a matter of time before it's signed, sealed and delivered. We have scored eighty five goals in our thirty four games and conceded forty three times.

It's now the 'business end' of the league campaign and it's been a season to remember to date as we are not only looking good to wrap up the Premier League trophy but we've already won the Community Shield, European Super Cup, Club World Championships and the League Cup while we're still going strong in the Champions League and FA Cup.
The month began with a single goal victory over Brighton & Hove Albion at home, Raffaele Ciriaco netting the winner from the spot.
We then advanced to the next round of the FA Cup after beating Everton 3-2 at Goodison Park thanks to two first half goals from Anibal Magallan and Raffaele Ciriaco, Magallan's second of the game on seventy four minutes ensured our progression.
Just three days later and the club advanced in the Champions League after finishing the job against Italian side A.C. Milan, winning three two on the night and six three on aggregate - Experienced midfielder Phil Loftus scored twice inside the opening twenty three minutes before world-class striker Chris Lyne netted the other goal.
It was then a return to league action as we travelled to fierce rivals Manchester United and suffered our first league defeat since November iirc, losing three one as Raffaele Ciriaco bagged a consolation goal for City with fourteen minutes remaining, we were woeful and barely deserved the Ciriaco goal.
The month ended with a 1-0 victory at home to Blackburn, Cristiano Castellani scoring the winner on thirteen minutes.
With only nine games remaining, well for us anyway, but we have a ten point gap at the lead so it's our league title to throw away but I'm confident we can wrap it up by at least the end of April if we're lucky but I am still refuse to get carried away as bigger leagues have been squandered.

We have made a strong start to twenty thirty nine as we moved seven points clear at the top of the Premier League title. We have four Premier League games this month, an FA Cup tie, the Champions League first knockout round first leg away to AC Milan and we've also got the League Cup final against Southampton to conclude the month.
Wow, what a month! Things began with a 4-0 thumping against struggling Liverpool at home as we eased into a three goal half time lead thanks to two penalties from Chris Lyne and Raffaele Ciriaco and another goal from winger Anibal Magallan, Lyne's second goal three minutes into the second half completed the rout.
Three days later and the side welcomed Huddersfield Town to the Etihad Stadium and produced a hard fought single goal victory as winger Cristiano Castellani scored the only goal of the game on forty two minutes.
We then made the journey to surprise package Norwich and defeated them three one - Anibal Magallan, Raffaele Ciriaco and Chris Lyne the scorers.
It was then the FA Cup fifth round trip to fellow Premier League side Middlesbrough who we thumped 7-3 much to my surprise as both wingers Cristiano Castellani and Anibal Magallan both scored twice while Chris Lyne scored the other goal of the tie.
The side then travelled to Italy to face A.C. Milan and we are in control heading into the second leg after a three goals to one victory at the San Siro as Raffaele Ciriaco scored from the penalty spot a minute before half time before second half goals from Anibal Magallan and Cristiano Castellani has seemingly put us in control.
Our final league game of the month saw us defeat Watford 4-1 at home - Cristiano Castellani, Raffaele Ciriaco 2 and Chris Lyne the goalscorers at the Etihad Stadium as we maintained top spot and our long unbeaten run in the Premier League.
We then head the League Cup final vs. Southampton and we secured yet another trophy this season, beating the Saints two one at Wembley Stadium. Left winger Cristiano Castellani continued his fine goalscoring form this month (seven goals in all competitions) as he bagged a forty fourth minute goal, Gary McKenna's finish on seventy four minutes turned out to be the winner.
We are beginning to pull further afield as we look to retain the league title as I look to chalk England off as soon as possible, we are eleven points clear of Manchester United and we've also a game in hand as well so it's our league title to mess up.

Happy New Year folks! It's the year twenty thirty nine and we have had an amazing first half of the campaign as not only are we sitting top of the Premier League albeit only a point clear but the club have also won three trophies in the first five months of the season - Community Shield, European Super Cup and World Club Championships. The opening month of twenty thirty nine is a busy one as we've nine games to get through, including a two legged League Cup semi final.
The New Year action kicked off on New Years Day with a home fixture against Burnley and it was a great start to the calendar year, securing a 3-1 win at the Etihad Stadium - the three goals came in the second half courtesy of Raffaele Ciriaco, Phil Loftus and Tim Custers and the latter ended up departing the club this month to join Spaniards Atletico.
Four days later and it was back-to-back home games as we beat Middlesbrough five two, it was a night to remember for central midfielder Phil Loftus who bagged a hat trick while Raffaele Ciriaco and Cristiano Castellani also found the net.
We then eased to the fourth round of the FA Cup beating Exeter four nil as both Chris Lyne and Raffaele Ciriaco hit doubles.
Our return to league action took us to Sheffield United as the side sealed a 3-1 win as a double from Cristiano Castellani inside the opening seven minutes got us off to a flyer, Raffaele Ciriaco added our third goal of the game after fourteen minutes.
Chris Lyne's eighty eighth minute equaliser salvaged a point away to Arsenal.
Next up was the League Cup semi final first leg away to Burnley and after being down to ten men for quite a while, the Clarets won the game four one to put them in the driving seat, Sofiane Belaroui bagged our goal on twenty one minutes.
The side bounced back in style with a 6-1 victory at home to Nottingham Forest in the FA Cup fourth round as both Anibal Magallan and Chris Lyne hit doubles, Raffaele Ciriaco and Spencer Kelly also scored in the cup rout against Forest.
We then welcomed Burnley to the Etihad Stadium for the second leg and the side bounced back in style, advancing to the final after winning the second leg 6-0 much to my delight as we dominated - Chris Lyne bagged a treble while Phil Loftus, Milos Mirkovic and Anibal Magallan also scored as we roared back to advance.
A five one victory away to Fulham concluded the month as our free scoring run continued, winning five goals to one at Craven Cottage. Winger Cristiano Castellani and Chris Lyne both found the net twice with another striker, Raffaele Ciriaco getting on the scoresheet.
And now we are finally starting to pull away as we have opened a seven point gap over Middlesbrough and we've a game in hand as well so it's our league title to mess up - sixteen league games are remaining but we've been on a long unbeaten run - no league defeat since November so far. We have bagged fifty six goals in our twenty two games to date, conceding just twenty four,
