My icon pack also doesn't seem to work.
The icon faces replace the regular facepack pictures.. i have downloaded the icons pack and installed it to ..../graphics/faces/iconfaces ...
could this be a problem with the XML file maybe ?

i downloaded the 8.00 pack from this site: http://sortitoutsi.net/graphics/download-icons/1

Any help would be appreciated..
