#831841 New to FM - Unable to load updated database or skin packs after following tutorial steps pls help

Hi guys, I am new to FM and was hoping to enhance my experience by downloading the updated database as well as a skin pack and licensed teams. I have followed all the steps correctly in the tutorial videos, and as you can see when I load up FM, the database and skin pack appear in my games preferences/settings. However, when I attempt to actually start a save, none of downloads are actually visible, and the game looks like any generic FM without any player faces or licensed teams. If anybody could please help me with how to fix these issues that would be amazing 🙂. Thanks.
