That aside; every tattooist has their own sort of take but the general concept remains the same. Don't soak it in water, particularly when showering. Gently clean it without soap (unless it's unfragranced antibacterial) and pat dry. Clean it 3-4 times a day (paper towel is best, material traps bacteria) and apply Bepanthan or a specialised tattoo cream. Never use Vaseline or anything similar because it traps the bacteria and doesn't allow the tattoo to breathe. Basically, treat it as you would a burn.
Personally, I usually keep mine wrapped for the first 72h- day and night, cleaning no more than 3-4 times a day. After then I'll keep it unwrapped during the day unless I'm wearing clothes that will cause rubbing or in an environment which may cause dirt etc to stick. Sometimes I'll wrap or an extra night or two, depends.
Also try to keep it out of direct sunlight for extended periods because that will dry it out and cause scabbing, not to mention damage the skin via sunburn.

The desire to win it, and actually doing so, are two entirely different things. I'm sure Mourinho's desire to win the CL with Chelsea is huge, no doubts about it. Doesn't make it easier though.
Not understating Ancelotti's achievements at all, I like the guy and think he's a great manager. What he's done in Madrid isn't anything to dismiss, but a you also stated, he had probably the strongest squad in the competition. They got a good group in which they were clearly favourites to top- and did so with ease. Then managed to get a good round of 16 draw, before finally facing some tougher opposition in Dortmund, Bayern and then the final. Having an attack that was always going to manage to score goals is a huge bonus to have, most sides don't have that luxury to call upon, let alone have arguably the best player in the world in their side too. With such a squad you'd always expect them to be in and around winning the competition. Of course, as we've also seen, the best side doesn't always necessarily win. So in that regard he also did well. One just needs to consider he had all the equipment there for him to use, which makes it easier.

You can't compare Wilshere with Pirlo, Pirlo was still an attacking midfielder until his brief second spell at Brescia in the early 2000's, which is when he was moved deeper due to Baggio still being at Brescia at the time. The difference is that Pirlo always had exceptional technique and passing ability as a young kid, Wilshere still isn't anywhere on that level. You combine that with the way Arsenal play and Wilshere's attitude, it isn't a combination that will generate a consistent level of high performances. While he may well improve, it won't be anywhere near the level to be an elite deep-lying playmaker.
Wilshere's best chance of succeeding in that particular role is to move to a club that plays a more possession styled game, which requires base to play through. Something that's more common in a slower and more technical league like La Liga or Serie A.
He'll end up like J.Cole, great technique for an Englishman but never quite reaching the heights placed upon him.

A decision here, a bit of luck there, and Mourinho could have won a Champions League here during his first stint, it wasn't to be though. It's not an easy competition to win, as has been proven over the years. The fact he's already won it twice, with two clubs, goes to show he knows what is required. Even if he never wins it with Chelsea, it won't diminish his achievements as a coach.

I know, it's cute.

No he shouldn't. Just because he's put together a good side doesn't mean anything is a guarantee. I certainly wouldn't want him to be sacked if he come up empty handed, and I'm sure a lot of fellow Chelsea supporters will feel the same way.
#187174 Transfer Rumours 2014/15
.verse
Incorrect. Chelsea and Mourinho wanted him to stay, he was offered a new deal and turned it down because he didn't want to be confined to a bench role. Same applied with Ashley Cole.
And it's no real shock in joining City on loan, was bound to happen until the MLS season kicks off.

Torres is a complete non-issue in Lukaku leaving. Lukaku could have stayed and been second choice last season, while fighting with Torres to be first choice. He, Lukaku, once again requested to leave on loan to Everton rather than stay and fight it out. Now he's done it again this time around and opted for a permanent move. He had no desire to actually fight for a spot and wanted a first choice guarantee.

Appears it's come down to Lukaku not being given guarantee on being first choice. Like last season, he's opted to not stay and fight for a spot and thus sold.
Disappointed he didn't at least attempt to stick around and fight for a place, even if it was only until Jan. He would more or less would have been second choice as it is. Good luck to him though.
Curious to see if we'll bring in another striker now, not overly convinced with simply Costa, Torres and Drogba being our three options.

Of course. And there is no doubt he's massively under-produced since he joined the club.
It just gets a little ridiculous when every negative it picked at, while the few positive things he manages to do are completely ignored. It's not like we're all unaware of his struggles already.

Possibly.
I imagine he'd take a wage cut to rejoin them. Guess it would just depend on what sort.

Of course it makes sense.
Atletico had no real desire to sell Diego Costa to begin with, hence why they also tried to get him to stay. Thus, the only way a deal was going to be brokered was with Chelsea paying the release clause, which is what Atletico were more or less asking. So including Torres in a deal that offered less than the release clause was never going to be accepted.
Including Torres would have been pointless. Plus, the deal would then banker on Torres taking a significant pay cut to join. Which is unlikely to happen given his stance on being happy at the club.
Wouldn't call it stupid if they turn around and buy him though. They were probably banking on possibly getting him for less than what he would have been valued in a swap deal. Now there is also talk that Monaco will look to sign Torres after James has left and Falcao possibly going to Real Madrid too.
#184036 Transfer Rumours 2014/15
.verse
Because we had to pay his release clause.
Offering less money plus a player wouldn't have activated it, therefore Atletico wouldn't have done a deal. They certainly weren't going to sell one of their main assists for less, just to acquire another player.
#183855 Transfer Rumours 2014/15

Torres is being linked with a move back to Atletico, if they can get Chelsea to lower their £12m price.
Drogba could join as a player/coach, you'll probably find it will 3rd choice striker. Not overly keen on him rejoining to be honest, isn't the player he was when he left, plus the way he left was perfect. Would be a shame to tarnish that.
Lukaku is staying, for the mean time. There is talk that Everton want Atsu on loan, which would basically mean any Lukaku move would need to be a permanent transfer, something I cannot see Everton affording to do.
It's also possible Bamford may be amongst the first team also. So really unsure as to what our striker selection will be like at this stage.

It's still effective when it comes to our squad and removing some of the external pressures and diverting attention elsewhere, that's about it. The difference though is that when he first came to England, the English media had never seen someone like this and thus it fresh. Now everyone knows how he works and the approach is no longer fresh or interesting like it once was.
I very much doubt Mourinho has ever really cared how he's perceived in the media or by the general public, that's certainly not going to change now.
#183232 Transfer Rumours 2014/15
.verse
No you wouldn't.
There is a method behind his madness, so to speak. He doesn't talk shit for the sake of it and knows exactly what he's trying to achieve. People get sucked in far too much with what Mourinho says. That's entirely what it's all about though, because the attention gets diverted elsewhere and removes some of the outside pressure of the media from the club and players.
It has been a large part of his success. And as long as he's able to continuously back it up with success, it will be something he'll continue to implement.
#183204 Transfer Rumours 2014/15
.verse
And this is the sort of reaction he tries to provoke.
This is simply classic Jose looking to ruffle a few feathers at Arsenal before the season starts, more so after making a good signing in Sanchez.
#182741 The Final
.verse
There is literally nothing he can do wrong, whenever he does it's brushed under the carpet and looked over. If it was anyone else in the same position they'd be singled out. From the early days when he'd dive around, to spitting at a player, it never mattered. There has always been a double standard whenever it comes to Messi and it will forever remain so.

A poor transfer window thus far and a second rate coach isn't a solid start to the season.
